Important: We have configured Google Analytics to anonymize data where possible. We do not use "User-Provided Data" features to upload your personal emails or phone numbers to Google for ad targeting.
3. Payment Processing & Third-Party Platforms
We utilize trusted third-party platforms to handle high-value domain name sales and secure transfers. We do not have access to your payment details.
- Atom.com: For domains listed via the Atom platform, checkout and escrow are handled entirely by Atom. Their privacy policy governs the transaction.
- Other Marketplaces: If a specific asset is purchased via Sedo, Afternic, or Dan.com, their respective privacy policies apply.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (UK & EU Users)
Under the UK GDPR, we process your data based on:
- Consent: We rely on your consent to place non-essential cookies (Analytics) on your device. You may withdraw this consent at any time via the cookie banner.
- Legitimate Interests: To run our business, prevent fraud, and improve website security.
- Contract: To fulfill our obligations if you enter into an agreement to purchase a digital asset.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Service Providers: Google (for Analytics) and Atom (for hosting the marketplace interface).
